We specialize in residential, short sales, foreclosures, vacant land, horse property, new construction, and relocation real estate. We have lived in the Acreage for over 22 years, therefore, we know the western communities very well. Carl earned a Bachelor's Degree in management from the University of Montana, and had over 20 years of mangement experience in the beverage industry, before joining RE/MAX and Cheri in 1999 to pursue a full time real estate career. Cheri is originally form Indiana and moved to Florida in 1978, graduated with an Associates Degree, received her real estate license in 1990, and has been selling in the Western communities since.  

      We are recipients of numerous real estate honors and awards, such as the RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX 100%, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame (over $1,000,000. in gross commissions). We are members of the Realtor's Association of the Palm Beaches, Regional MLS, the National Association of Realtors, RE/MAX International, and RE/MAX of Florida. We both hold the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and Cheri has recently received her CDPE designation. (Certified Distressed Property Expert) 

     Involvement in community activities include being members, and volunteering at many events for the Palms West Chamber of Commerce, and are very active members of Palms West Presbyterian Church. We are both elders, and Carl is a member of the choir, and the tenor with the Southern Cross Gospel Quintet. We have held season tickets for the Miami Dolphins for 13 years, and are die hard fans!  We also stay involved with our 2 sons who both attend the  University of Central Florida in Orlando. Our oldest son, Kyle, is in his 4th year as a Business Major, and Jarrett is in his 2nd year as an Engineering Major. Both are honor students, and very active in intramural sports.
